Account Manager – Corporate Reputation

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 + benefits
Location: London (hybrid working)

My client, a leading independent corporate communications agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join their fast-paced and highly collaborative team.

Working with some of the UK’s most ambitious and high-profile brands — from consumer names to financial, tech, and lifestyle businesses — they deliver standout campaigns that protect and enhance corporate reputation, influence key audiences, and drive meaningful conversation.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or an established Senior Account Executive ready to step up. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a range of major clients, overseeing press office activity, supporting campaign strategy, and helping to manage issues and reputation challenges.

You’ll work closely with an experienced senior team that’s hands-on with every client, ensuring you’re supported and exposed to top-tier strategic thinking and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across several exciting accounts
  • Deliver high-quality media relations and press office activity
  • Draft messaging and statements for both proactive and reactive situations
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Guide junior team members while collaborating with senior leaders

About You

  • Experienced communications professional with corporate PR or consumer brand reputation expertise
  • Strong media understanding, ideally across business, consumer and retail sectors
  • Skilled writer with a keen eye for detail and clear, concise messaging
  • Confident, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about news, current affairs, and how stories shape public perception

Package includes:
