Overview
My client are seeking an Associate Director with extensive experience in corporate and financial communications within the healthcare and life sciences sector. In this role, you will lead client accounts, craft strategic communication plans, and drive the delivery of exceptional services. The ideal candidate brings in-depth industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successful client management.
- Central London. Hybrid working
- Salary: c£60,000 - £75,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to grow the agency's client portfolio.
- Financial Management: Oversee account budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate and financial comms experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with publicly listed companies and strong knowledge of market rules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing/editing and presentation skills. Experience with media monitoring, Powerpoint and Word.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
