Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus.

This agency helps emerging brands gain visibility while guiding industry leaders towards new growth with a range of services including media relations, thought leadership, and issues management.

Role Overview

As an Account Director specializing in B2B Tech, you will take the lead on both tactical and strategic client activity, guiding the development and execution of communications strategies that deliver meaningful results. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, offering strategic counsel, and managing a team to ensure seamless implementation of plans. Your expertise in media and communications will be crucial in driving new business, crafting compelling content, and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of client communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage accounts efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and organizational excellence.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and insightful advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance.
  • Provide expert media relations support, demonstrating a deep understanding of the media landscape.
  • Play a key role in driving new business efforts and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Draft strategic, engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Offer creative solutions and insights to ensure the success of client campaigns.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.
