The Role
In this Senior Account Manager/Account Director role, you will take the lead on impactful client campaigns, transforming strategic needs into exceptional PR deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction is consistently high. Your role will encompass overseeing media and analyst relations, developing PR content, and building strong client partnerships to drive campaign success and facilitate new business growth. 

Salary - £45,000 - £52,000 + Bonus. 

Hybrid - Central London. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage major campaigns for clients in the UK and globally, delivering high-quality content and driving media engagement.
  • Create strategic plans tailored to client objectives, identifying new growth opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Build and sustain valuable media and analyst connections to boost client visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse PR and marketing materials, from press releases to in-depth articles.
  • Contribute to agency growth by actively engaging in new business pitches and strategic sessions.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B PR, preferably within technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in client strategy development, managing key performance indicators, and team leadership.
  • Established media and analyst connections with strong communication and content creation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively, with proactive and quality-driven approaches to client and team engagement.
