Our client is a rapidly growing stakeholder engagement & community relations consultancy, is looking for a talented established Account manager or Account director, with proven Energy and Utilities sector experience. An ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy is needed to truly support and build trusted relationships with their clients.
 
The team have unrivalled understanding of the regulatory requirements placed on utilities as they shape and implement their investment plans within price control frame works for clients.
They are renown for providing thought-provoking and insightful workshops and events for across leading built environment and energy client.
 
This is a great opportunity to work with an array of leading FTSE 100 companies including leading National and regional energy providers across renewables, gas, water and electric.
 
As an established Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in the team and contribute to their continued success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with valued FTSE clients.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of client projects within established timelines and budgets, consistently maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Providing strategic communications counsel to clients regarding their stakeholder engagement and community relations strategies.
Seeking candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Excellent project management skills, with a strong aptitude for organization and planning.
  • A deep understanding and practical experience in stakeholder and community engagement, either in the context of public consultations for planning applications or stakeholder consultations within the energy/utilities sector.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey complex industry information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various media channels to effectively communicate client messages.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective management, motivation, and leadership of account teams.
Seeking an outgoing, personable, and proactive individual who ideally possesses knowledge and experience in the development sector, helping to build consensus for projects and enhance our clients' chances of securing planning approvals.
