What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day account operations and build strong client relationships.
  • Drive campaign success across influencer marketing, social media, and PR.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to bring innovative ideas to life
What the role requires
  • 5+ years’ experience in an integrated, digital, social role (most likely agency side).
  • Experience in B2C food & drink would be an advantage.
  • Solid experience in campaign planning, strategy, insights, ideation, budgets, delivery, and evaluation
  • knowledge of social channels, especially Meta, Tiktok and YouTube • Knowledge and regular updating of social trends and industry news.
  • day to day lead client contact so needs strong client management and communication.
  • experience and strong organisation skills to manage campaigns from start to finish, delegating and managing to junior team members.
  • some experience of planning and running influencer programmes  be confident in defining KPIs and measuring campaign performance and demonstrating results to clients
  • financial planning and forecasting alongside senior staff members.
