The Opportunity

Working with major global corporations and household-name brands, you'll deliver high-profile campaigns that build reputation, create national profile and influence how organisations are perceived.
The agency combines expertise across corporate reputation, strategic media, public affairs, crisis & risk, digital, behavioural science and creative, giving you the opportunity to deliver genuinely integrated work.
The Role
You will:

Lead corporate reputation and integrated communications campaigns for major brands and businesses.

Act as a trusted day-to-day adviser, providing strategic communications and reputation counsel to senior clients.

Build strong relationships across national, business and broadcast media, leading proactive and reactive media engagement.

Identify the stories, issues, risks and opportunities that can strengthen clients' reputations and national profile.

Shape corporate narratives, thought leadership and executive profiling across earned, digital and social channels.

Lead account teams, managing delivery, budgets and junior development.

Support organic growth and new business, contributing to pitches and identifying opportunities across existing clients.

Collaborate with specialists across public affairs, crisis, strategic media, digital and creative.
About You
You'll be an existing Account Director or strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up, ideally from an agency environment.
You'll bring:

Strong corporate communications, reputation and/or B2B experience.

Experience working with major businesses or well-known brands.

Excellent national media relations and a strong network of journalist relationships.

Evidence of campaigns that have generated profile and positively influenced perceptions.

Strong client counsel, writing and team management skills.

Good understanding of digital, LinkedIn, social and AI within modern corporate communications.

A genuine interest in business, brands, news and current affairs.
Sector background is flexible – the priority is finding an excellent corporate communicator and strong media operator.
