Account Director - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

This central London creative agency loves nothing more than really getting under the skin of their clients to drive internal change and employee engagement.  Their thought provoking and innovative approach has earned them an enviable roster of clients which boasts some of the biggest brands in the world, as well as plenty of industry recognition with an awards shelf bursting with recent gongs and nominations.  They are currently delivering some really interesting DE&I, culture change, EVP, cyber, risk and change projects.  They invest in their staff and team well-being to promote a strong culture with excellent training and meaningful benefits including strong pension and additional bonuses.
 
The role: Account Director - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
This new Account Director role will partner the SLT, internal creatives and designers, while keeping a portfolio of c.6 clients happy and creating the insight led strategies for a range of campaigns.  Clients will be a blend of brands including FTSE100 and blue chip firms.  Campaigns will be design led, highly strategic, very topical and multi-platform with printed, social media, video/animation and events, including branding, cyber & risk comms, DE&I, culture change, EVP, employee engagement & attraction, leadership communications, employee benefits & change communications.
 
Key accountabilities and skills:
  • Leading bespoke, insight-lead, creative briefs for client employee engagement and change communications challenges.
  • Advising clients and managing projects working closely with Account Managers, designers, creative team, and suppliers.
  • Understand the client organisation and partner the SLT  to better support and deliver for the client, while increasing retainers and fees.
