An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Account Executive (AE) or Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join a fast-growing, top-tier property communications agency at a pivotal stage of its growth.
We’re working with an established and highly respected agency operating at the heart of the built environment. Following a strong end to last year and the onboarding of several new luxury property and major housebuilder clients, the team is expanding and looking for ambitious talent to help support and shape its next phase.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role offering exposure to premium developments, placemaking projects, and high-profile property brands—ideal for someone confident, proactive, and ready to grow within a supportive agency environment.

The Role:
As an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, you’ll support and manage a varied portfolio of property clients, including new business wins secured at the end of last year. You’ll work closely with Directors and the wider account team to deliver impactful PR campaigns while developing your confidence and expertise in property communications.
You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding PR campaigns by:

Writing engaging press releases, blogs, and thought leadership pieces

Building targeted media lists and pitching to journalists across local, national, and trade titles

Monitoring coverage and compiling detailed reports

Assisting with events, launches, and client meetings

Managing social media channels (as needed)

Responding to media enquiries and identifying coverage opportunities

(For SAE level) Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You

3-6 months of PR experience at AE level, 12 months + at SAE level (agency preferred)

A genuine interest in property, placemaking, lifestyle, or the built environment

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Proactive, well-organised, and a great team player

Confident engaging with media and securing coverage
