The role
You’ll take ownership of client accounts and deliver integrated communications programmes across property PR, stakeholder engagement and public affairs.
This includes working across the full lifecycle of developments—from early-stage strategy and site promotion through to planning, consultation and delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading day-to-day delivery on client accounts in the property and development sector
- Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and community consultation programmes
- Supporting planning applications through political, community and media engagement
- Running property PR campaigns, including press office and reputation management
- Advising clients on navigating local sensitivities, planning challenges and stakeholder dynamics
- Creating high-quality content: press releases, consultation materials, briefings
- Supporting new business and identifying opportunities within your network
About you
- 2–4 years’ experience in property PR, planning communications, stakeholder engagement or public affairs
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and community consultation
- Experience working with developers, property clients or built environment stakeholders
- Confident managing clients and delivering projects independently
- Strong communicator—written and verbal—with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced consultancy

Salary
£32,000 – £48,000 + benefits
