Account Manager - Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

The role: Account Manager - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
This new Account Manager role will partner Account Directors, internal creatives and designers, while keeping clients happy and acting as a key point of contact driving  projects forward.  Clients range from huge FTSE100 firms and historic brands in periods of genuine change.  Campaigns will be design led, highly strategic, very topical and multi-platform with printed, social media, video/animation and events, including branding, DE&I, culture change, EVP, employee engagement & attraction, leadership communications, employee benefits & change communications.
 
Key accountabilities and skills:
  • Working on bespoke, insight-lead, creative briefs for client employee engagement and change communications challenges.
  • Support the delivery of client projects working closely with creative team, suppliers, finance, clients and Account Directors.
  • Understand the client organisation and spot opportunities to better support and deliver for the client.
  • Provide new business support through research and assisting with proposals.

  • Salary to c.£40-44k (Depending on experience)
