🔥 The Role

As Account Manager, you will be central to delivering integrated, consumer-facing PR campaigns for a range of government, charity and mission-led commercial clients. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to manage projects end-to-end, from concept and KPI setting through to execution and evaluation.

You will:

  • Lead on day-to-day client management and ensure exceptional service at every stage
  • Deliver stand-out PR campaigns with creative activations and strong news generation
  • Build solid media relationships across national, broadcast and consumer outlets
  • Shape strategic responses and provide PR consultancy to both clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to new business, pitch development and proposal writing
  • Mentor junior team members and help develop rising talent

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years’ PR agency experience including current or recent Account Manager responsibilities
  • Strong media relations skills and proven coverage across national, consumer and broadcast press
  • Excellent writing ability with an eye for a compelling story or news angle
  • Confident communication skills – someone who can lead meetings, present with clarity and command trust
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines and delegate when needed
  • Experience working on behaviour change, public sector or social impact campaigns (a bonus, not essential)
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting others
