An award-winning, independent communications agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager or experienced Account Manager to join its growing PR & Influencer team.

The Role
You’ll take day-to-day ownership of multiple client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and working closely with the Account Director and Associate Director to drive accounts forward.
Your remit will span PR, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand Positioning and Crisis Communications. You’ll lead proactive media relations activity, pitch creative story angles, manage influencer activations, write high-quality press materials and help shape strategic campaigns.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and managing junior team members, ensuring work is delivered on time, to the highest standard and with measurable results. As your role develops, you’ll be encouraged to grow your leadership and strategic skills while contributing to new business proposals, presentations and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
  • Lead client meetings and calls; act as the main client contact
  • Develop and implement PR, social and influencer campaigns
  • Proactively pitch media stories and build strong journalist relationships
  • Manage influencer partnerships and activations
  • Produce high-quality press releases, by-lines and campaign materials
  • Support strategy development, reporting and new business proposals
  • Inspire, coach and manage junior team members
  • Ensure all work meets objectives, deadlines and quality standards
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients and manage expectations
  • Monitor news and trends to identify reactive media opportunities
About You
  • 3–5 years’ agency experience across travel and consumer brands
  • Strong background in PR and Influencer management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with proven ability to juggle multiple accounts
  • Confident day-to-day client lead with strong relationship skills
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Creative, proactive and commercially minded
  • Strong understanding of the travel, hospitality and lifestyle sectors
  • Enthusiastic about developing leadership and strategic capability
