Account Manager – Consumer PR

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

We are partnering with a creatively led, fast-growing PR agency looking to expand its account management team. This role would suit a driven Account Manager with strong client servicing skills who thrives in a collaborative agency environment. You will support senior team members and help manage client relationships across consumer-focused brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of PR and communications programmes for a portfolio of consumer accounts.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients on day-to-day activities and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Assist in developing and executing campaign plans, including press releases, media outreach and reporting.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance summaries for clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate creative and strategic activity.

About You

  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or account management (typically 2–4 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with multiple clients and competing priorities.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for consumer brands.
