We’re working with a culturally-led, creative communications agency operating at the intersection of brands, music, and entertainment.
They’re looking for a Senior Account Director ready to step up to Associate Director to play a key role in shaping and delivering standout work across a mix of brand partnerships, talent-led campaigns, and culturally-driven activations.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who lives and breathes culture — particularly music — and understands how to translate that into earned-first, integrated campaigns that genuinely cut through.
The Role
You’ll be leading on key client relationships and driving campaign strategy from concept through to delivery.
- Lead the development of integrated, culturally-led campaigns across music, entertainment & consumer brands.
- Act as a senior client partner, building trusted relationships and spotting growth opportunities
- Drive creative thinking and campaign direction, ensuring work is relevant, impactful and on-trend
- Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams — from partnerships and talent to content and social
- Play a key role in new business and pitching, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Mentor and develop junior team members
What They’re Looking For
- Currently a Senior Account Director (or equivalent) ready to step up
- Strong background in brand PR, integrated comms or earned-first campaigns
- Proven experience working across music, talent, or culturally-driven campaigns
- Deep understanding of pop culture, trends, and the role of music in brand storytelling
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
- Commercially aware, confident managing clients and contributing to growth
