They are on the lookout for a talented individual to spearhead our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing efforts.
The role:
This is a brand-new role in the team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer acquisition and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring a proven track record in managing CRM, customer data, and email marketing to drive forward their approach. Your ability to drive efficiency and engagement through data-driven approaches will be crucial in propelling the business forward.
Required Experience:
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce, including line management.
- Passion for CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent data literacy and MS Excel skills.
- Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with CDPs like Bloomreach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and HTML.
- Marketing qualification or multi-site e-commerce experience.
