CRM and Customer Data Manager

We are working with an exciting and much loved leisure, entertainment and hospitality, based in Hertfordshire. They are a dynamic team, with a strong presence across the UK and Canada. With over 1700 employees, they're the market leader by some distance in their sector, offering a day/evening that people of all ages can enjoy.

They're a great company to work for, with a fun and vibrant culture, replicating the customer experience they strive to offer. They've got some huge growth plans, with new sites on the horizon and a new product roll out. So, it’s a very exciting to join their growing and dynamic marketing team!

They are on the lookout for a talented individual to spearhead our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing efforts.

The role:

This is a brand-new role in the team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer acquisition and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring a proven track record in managing CRM, customer data, and email marketing to drive forward their approach. Your ability to drive efficiency and engagement through data-driven approaches will be crucial in propelling the business forward.

 

Required Experience:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce, including line management.
  • Passion for CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent data literacy and MS Excel skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and budgets.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with CDPs like Bloomreach.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and HTML.
  • Marketing qualification or multi-site e-commerce experience.
