We have partnered with a well-renowned Higher education provider to support them in finding a strategic and hands-on data analyst to join their insights team to support the wider Marketing and communications function.
The university is well renowned, regularly being ranked within the top 200 universities worldwide. They have seen tremendous growth and as a result are focused on building out the marketing team to embrace this growth and enhance the student experience.
They are a truly lovely team to join, offering a great work culture and work-life balance with flexible hybrid working – 2 days a week on their Hatfield campus.
The role:
Working collaboratively with the wider insights team, you will be responsible for the production of data-led reports and insights to drive forward key marketing decisions within the team. This is a super exciting role, where you can really drive forward the growth of the university and enhance the experience of thousands of students. With genuine opportunities for training and development within the team!
Key Skills;
- 2+ years of professional work experience, delivering insight led reports
- Experience of maintaining and developing Tableau dashboards, a certification/training would be a bonus!
- Strong communication skills, the ability to inform key stakeholders of findings
- Experience in handling large data sets, manipulating and pulling various findings
- Experience gained within the HE sector would be a bonus, but by no means essential!
- Strong Excel and/or Access skills
