DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER- Integrated Agency

Salary: Up to £42,000

Location: London

Permanent position- 3 days in the office per week

A multi-award winning, global PR led marketing agency in London is looking to establish and grow a new digital division and they are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the team.

They are looking for someone who can deliver- social media, influencer marketing, PPC, SEO and digital content campaigns. You must have experience working with B2B tech clients for an agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver social media, influencer marketing, PPC, SEO and digital content campaigns for your clients
  • Use insight tools to deliver customer content and asset performance reporting
  • Create social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and visibility for your clients
  • Represent the agencies brand profile and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Take briefs and translate them into meaningful actions
  • Ownership of all key account processes for your clients. Approve the work from junior members of the team, ensuring you feedback on the quality of their work and offer training and support when required
  • Plan and execute campaigns using an integrated, multi-channel approach to drive awareness, increase traffic and capture new leads
  • Create social media channels plans and content calendars
  • Develop the creative asset briefs for platform-specific content
  • Attend industry and technology related events when required

 

Experience Required:

  • You MUST have experience with paid and organic social media, paid search and paid display advertising
  • Experience working in the B2B space, ideally within the tech sector
  • Previous experience working with a marketing agency
  • A solid understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of SEP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work with stakeholders at all levels, both within the agency and within your clients companies
