Digital Planning Account Director- Integrated Agency

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits

Location: London

Permanent position- 3 days in the office per week

A multi-award winning, global PR led marketing agency in London is looking to establish and grow a new Marketing Services division and they are looking for Digital Planning Account Director to lead that growth. This is a key role and will be responsible for the strategy, growth and operations for global digital marketing services.

The agency specialises in working with B2B clients in the tech sector- IT, telecomms, technology, fintech, cybersecurity and more.

You will translate complex client objectives into actionable digital strategies and workflows, moving between business development and client onboarding

This is a core role in a newly created digital division making it a rare opportunity to be part of something significant from the very early stages.  It will be fast paced with great opportunities to learn, progress and grow

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver data-driven digital marketing strategies for global B2B technology clients across a diverse range of channels- Paid Social, PPC, Display, SEO, content and more
  • Act as the Digital Lead for the agency, providing expert council and thought leadership to senior client stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities for digital growth within existing accounts. You will also contribute to identifying new business, including pitching to new clients
  • Build detailed projects plans, realistic budgets and resourcing plans for global digital initiatives (product launches, always on campaigns, brand awareness drives)
  • Proactively identify and navigate risks, ensuring contingency plans will be in place for global rollouts
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc) and PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)s, with a proven record of driving performance for B2B tach clients
  • Oversee the media planning and activation teams. Ensuring the strategies are optimised for performance and aligned with your clients KPIs
  • A strong track record of developing and delivering digital strategies designed for digital brand building across international markets
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for key client relationships

 

Experience Required:

  • At least 8 years experience in executing digital strategies in an agency environments
  • Experience working with B2B technology clients is essential
  • Proven experience building project strategies, detailed budgets and resource allocation plans for complex digital campaigns
  • Well versed with Paid Social, PPC, content marketing and digital brand building
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, analytics and CRM/automated campaigns
  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels
  • An analytical mindset, comfortable with data interpretation, performance reporting and using insights to drive strategic decisions
