As an Associate Director / Director, you will be managing and leading client relationships with a proven ability to advise on resolving challenging and complex situations.
You will form a key part of the UK Capital Markets team‘s management structure, as well as having the opportunity to take an active role in helping drive its strategic direction.
You will work with the team‘s Managing Partners to ensure the successful management and growth of the team including leading new business initiatives, harnessing your City and advisory network and ensuring active management and development of junior team members.
The candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of providing high quality, executive and Board-level advisory support across a range of sectors/industries and situations including M&A, and crisis & issues support.
Key skills

Provide senior counsel to company Boards/management teams

6-8 years + experience in capital marketing and financial communications gained within a consultancy.

Enjoys generate new business leads and initiatives

Manage high profile, price sensitive media situations

Strong relationships with sector and business journalists

Established network of broker and new business contacts at companies

Good relationships with analyst community
