About the Opportunity
Our client — a global, independent communications consultancy — is seeking an ambitious and visionary Senior Vice President / Director to lead its Digital, Social & Creative division in the UK.
This is a strategic leadership role at the forefront of digital transformation, working with a diverse B2B client portfolio across Financial Services, Technology, Professional Services, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and other high-growth sectors.
You’ll be responsible for defining and expanding the agency’s digital capabilities across EMEA, guiding clients through integrated strategies that blend creativity, performance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Leadership

Act as the senior strategic lead across all digital, social, and creative initiatives

Develop and oversee data-driven, integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

Advise clients at C-suite level, driving digital transformation and thought leadership
🔹 Business Growth

Lead digital/social/creative new business efforts from pitch to proposal to close

Grow existing accounts and uncover new commercial opportunities

Help evolve the agency’s digital proposition across key B2B industries
🔹 Sector Focus
Deliver strategic programmes across complex B2B verticals, including:

🔹 Leadership & Operations

About You
You’re a strategic, commercially-minded digital leader with a strong record of success in B2B marketing. You blend creative vision with operational rigour, and you’re passionate about helping clients achieve measurable impact through digital innovation.
You’ll bring:

10+ years’ experience in digital, social, and creative marketing — ideally in an agency setting

Proven leadership across integrated B2B campaigns

Strong understanding of regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, or Healthcare

Expertise across the full marketing mix: strategy, content, performance, and brand

A confident, engaging approach when partnering with senior stakeholders
Technical Toolkit
Familiarity with a range of tools and platforms, including:

Analytics & Paid Media: GA4, Google Ads
