We have partnered with a leading private higher education establishment with one mission- to develop tomorrows leaders. They are seeking an experienced director of marketing and communications join the team, to develop strategies, drive forward exciting campaigns to further cement their value propositions.
Stunning work environment in central London, offering flexible hybrid working (approx. 2 days a week office based).
The role:
Leading the team and working closely with the CMO, you will blend commercial acumen, customer centricity and a strong understanding of marketing and communications to drive forward the organisation.
The role has significant budgets to support the development of the overarching strategy and a high level of autonomy. The role is approx. 85% marketing led with the comms/content element surrounding internal/corporate comms.
About you:
To be successful, you will have a background of successfully leading and managing a cross-functional team with a collaborative approach. You will have the ability to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies, with an emphasis on capturing and creating compelling content which is aligned with the organisation.
