- £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver a growth plan to build a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Spot opportunities for new business in the UK and globally by monitoring industry trends, news and competitor information
- Drive the pipeline management. Including, tracking and chasing new leads
- Support the wider team with pitch development and tenders
- Establish relationships with key clients/partners on a long-term basis
- Grow and manage key partnerships across the agency
- Attend events and “be the face” of the agency (internal and external events)
- Support the wider team with industry knowledge and client engagement
Experienced Required:
- Proven experience in a business development or growth focused role is essential
- Experience working in a PR, marketing or digital agency
- A consultative sales approach is key
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
