The role:
This is a newly created role in the team, where you will help drive forward brand messaging and donor relations. Working closely with the director of marketing and communications as well as the wider development managers to become the brand guardian and lead on the design and production of donor marketing strategies, producing collateral and supporting on fundraising packs.
About you:
- Experience working within the charitable/NFP space would be highly beneficial
- Experience of promoting and developing a vibrant brand
- Experience of client marketing – specifically, ensuring that materials, content and events give a high quality customer experience – ideally focused on donors and working with fundraising teams
- Experience of designing high quality collateral to convey complex information in a way that resonates with customers – strong PowerPoint skills are essential! Indesign etc would be a bonus.
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing people with an ability to create a working environment in which people can thrive and develop
- Problem solving and resourcefulness
