This exciting independent integrated comms agency with a really strong brand portfolio, is looking for a talented Head of client services to join their team. This would suit a really hungry and ambitious network agency Account director with 10 years consultancy experience looking to make their mark in agile and collaborative independent. Ideally you will have expertise across creative, organic social, influencer media planning and buying and will be the ringmaster who keeps it all on track. Super Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain trusted and respected relationships with all clients (both ways)
- Ensure client service is of an excellent standard, and maintain this agency reputation
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to continuously find opportunities to grow client accounts
- Directly manage all client relationships within the agency (to various degrees depending on what support is needed, as and when)
Strategy & Creativity in Marcomms / Advertising
- Substantial experience working in a creative and/or integrated advertising agency
Able to independently build campaign plans based on data driven decision making to recommend best marketing ROI for clients
- Comfortable leading marketing and communications project and campaigns across brand strategy, big impact advertising, social media, influencer
- Comfortable leading creative production including TVC, radio, photography shoots including budget planning, negotiations, pre and post production to an excellent standard with zero room for error (including contingency planning in pre-prod stage)
- Nouse for organic social media strategy and execution, able to lead new business pitches, strategy development, management systems, influencer marketing, setting and achieving KPI’s.
Project Management and Risk Mitigation
- Highly experienced in creating complex project plans and timelines for a range of projects
- Able to manage and prioritise resource management across the team and externally and internally
- Confidently manage and advocate for the use of freelancers when and if needed and appropriate
- Always be thinking ahead and managing contingencies with projects to proactively mitigate project risks, consistently
Agency Growth and Financial Management
- Complete ownership of internal finance systems including client internal tracker, in-costs, agency forecast and billing schedules
- Confident in developing scopes of work based on rate cards and industry standard, le
- Negotiation
- Experience leading pitch teams and actively seeking new business opportunities for the agency, including attending networking events and pulling together RFP@s
- Solid understanding of agency financial modeling and profitability (e.g. output v outcomes) to maximise profitability on all projects and retainers ongoing (and actively review pricing structures as needed)

- 10+ years’ experience working within a client facing agency environments,
- 4+ years minimum leadership experience and an obsession with being an ‘Agency Native’
