Salary: £75,000 to £100,000 pa plus a highly competitive bonus and benefits

Premier is proud to be partnering with an exciting technology business that is revolutionising the landscape of global media engagement. After a period of significant growth in the US (500k+ users), they are looking for a Head of PR and Media Growth to help introduce and expand the platform locally, craft media strategies, foster strong journalist relationships and drive brand awareness. This position will focus on acquiring new media users and help them adopt the platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing, market leading tech company at a pivotal moment and be a meaningful part of their expansion. This role will suit a Senior PR Account Manager or a PR Account Director with experience driving growth and new business for a top tier agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broaden the global reach of the platform by acquiring new media users
  • Target members of the media and journalists across the UK to adopt the platform into their day to day
  • Craft media strategies to drive brand awareness and user growth
  • Oversee the implementation of the proactive strategy including prospect outreach via LinkedIn targeting, mailing lists, awards, and events
  • Develop a new business/outreach strategy to drive outbound lead generation and manage incoming campaigns, specifically focused on media acquisition
  • Target journalists, editors, freelance writers, podcasters or event organisers
  • Attend industry events, forums, host roundtables to establish and grow your network of media contacts
  • Utilise tools to support your day to day such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot
  • Manage the pitch process, maintain library of collateral and lead the onboarding process
  • Track and report on KPIs- Demonstrations, signups, source requests of new users and retention of existing users


Experience Required:

  • 6-12 years experience working in a top tier PR and earned media agency
  • Proven experience of business development, PR, media relations and account management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Driven, entrepreneurial and able to manage your own time and work independently
  • Previous experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Well organised and a strong project manager
