A global leader in AI and one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world is looking to hire a Senior Growth Specialist, focusing on their user acquisition. This is a brand-new role with unparalleled development opportunities with a clear progression path to “Head of” one the division is established. You can work remotely anywhere in the world as long as you're able to work European time zones.

The company has experienced incredible growth in the past 18 months, growing from 0 to 20+ million users. They will continue to grow, enhance key features, functionalities and products. The goal for Senior Growth Specialist is to grow the user base to 100m within the next 12 months.

You will need extensive experience in growth marketing, user acquisition and performance media with a proven track record of scaling campaigns with a defined business impact. Experience in the AI/tech sector would be useful but not essential

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the user base from 30m to 100m in the next 12 months
  • Build a scalable creative engine- Create and lead the process to brief, test and iterate performance driven ad creatives
  • Launch, test and scale high-converting landing pages across acquisition funnels
  • Launch new channels to increase speed and efficiency of user acquisition
  • Create and drive paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks with the scope to expand into new channels
  • Create an acquisition funnel that is scalable from media plan to execution.- Aggressive growth targets
  • Run testing loops to optimise CAC and LTV
  • Monitor the performance of tools like Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards daily
  • Use data and analysis to drive decision making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort behaviour
  • Build an internal reporting framework to guide your strategy
  • Implement a creative briefing process: Hooks, formats and angles- Based on performance patterns
  • Work with the wider marketing and product teams to launch landing pages- High conversion rates are key
  • Build strong relationships with partner companies such as traffic sources. Ensure the partnership agreements are as cost effective as possible
  • Streamline the acquisition process through automation and other tools
  • Hire a team to support the delivery of your strategy
  • Develop standard operating procedures, playbooks and pipelines to scale campaigns as efficiently as possible
  • Being a brand new role you will have to be hands on from day one. You will be able to grow and scale a team once results are achieved

 

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance media
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns that have clear implications for the business
  • An in depth knowledge of media buying mechanics
  • Very strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Extensive experience scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and Tik Tik Ads
  • Proven ability to lead a creative strategy- briefing, testing, iteration. Brief, testing and iterating UGC, static and video ads at scale
  • Direct-response marketing experience- B2C, gaming, high-ticket funnels or similar industries
  • Willing to get hands on with all elements of the role as you grow and scale the team
  • Experience managing people or agencies
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with tools like GPT-4, Mistral and Hugging Face Pro Plan
  • A desire to be part of a fast growing and industry leading AI company
  • You must be comfortable working remotely
