Premier are privileged to be supporting an instantly recognisable North West based organisation is embarking on one of the most significant moments in its history – a complete rebrand and a new name!

We are looking for an experienced, creative and highly organised Rebrand Specialist to lead this transformation. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, institution-wide project that will leave a lasting legacy.

 

What you’ll be doing

You will lead the name change and rebrand from end to end, turning strategy into reality.

That means you will:

  • Own the full rebrand programme, acting as the central point of contact for all activity
  • Build and manage the project plan, milestones, risks and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate teams across the organisation to ensure everything moves together
  • Oversee the creation of the new name, logo, visual identity and brand assets
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing and Web to ensure the rollout supports student recruitment cycles
  • Manage external branding and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality work, on time and on budget
  • Lead communications and change management, making sure staff and stakeholders understand, support and adopt the new brand
  • Keep senior leaders informed with clear updates, risks and recommendations
  • Ensure all activity is legally sound, compliant and reputation-safe

This is a role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and who can keep momentum across many moving parts.

 

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a strong track record of delivering large-scale brand or rebrand projects, ideally in a complex organisation.

You will have:

  • Experience leading major branding or identity programmes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • The confidence to influence, persuade and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with creative agencies and external suppliers
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges
  • The ability to motivate others and work independently when needed
  • The flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, including using Google Analytics
