I’m partnering with a fast-growing, digitally native marketing agency that specialises in high-performance campaigns for ambitious, scale-focused brands across sectors such as fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming, and B2B services.
The agency is now looking to add a Junior Copywriter to its creative team to support growing demand for cross-platform content and campaign work.
This is a strong opportunity for a developing writer who wants exposure to both brand and performance creative within a fast-paced, ideas-led environment.
Overview of the Role
The Junior Copywriter will support the creation of multi-channel content across paid social, short-form video, landing pages, email, and broader campaign assets.
You’ll be contributing to both idea generation and execution, working closely with senior creatives and wider cross-functional teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable writing across different tones and formats, and who understands how messaging changes depending on platform and audience.
A strong interest in online culture, digital behaviour, and emerging content trends is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, engaging copy across multiple digital formats including paid social, landing pages, email, scripts, and campaign messaging
- Contribute ideas during creative development sessions, bringing cultural references and storytelling angles
- Support the translation of strategic briefs into campaign-ready creative outputs
- Write and adapt scripts for short-form video content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Maintain awareness of digital trends, online behaviours, and evolving content styles
- Collaborate with design, motion, strategy, and performance teams throughout campaign delivery
- Respond to feedback quickly and effectively, iterating copy where required
- Assist senior creatives on larger integrated campaign projects
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in a copywriting or content-focused role, ideally within an agency or digital marketing environment
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial or campaign-based writing
- Strong writing ability with flexibility in tone and style
- Good understanding of how content performs across different platforms (particularly social and short-form video channels)
- Awareness of internet culture, trends, and digital storytelling formats
- Comfortable writing for both performance-driven and brand-focused outputs
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in standard workplace tools (e.g. Google Workspace)
