Junior Creative Producer

Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000 – £30,00
Working Pattern: London hybrid - 4 days in-office

A high-growth, globally focused marketing agency is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to join its growing production team.

This is an opportunity to work across fast-moving creative projects for ambitious brands across fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming and B2B, producing high-impact content across social, digital and paid channels.

The team is working at the forefront of modern content production, combining film, VFX, AI, UGC and social-first creative to produce high-quality work quickly. You'll be surrounded by people experimenting with new technologies and creative approaches, with plenty of opportunity to develop your production skills and take on increasing responsibility.

This role would suit someone early in their production career who is genuinely excited by creative content, social trends, AI and the future of production.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Producers and the wider creative team, you'll support the delivery of a wide range of productions, from social-first and UGC content through to commercials, films and more experimental AI-led projects.

You'll be involved throughout the production process — helping turn creative ideas into practical productions, coordinating logistics, supporting shoots and ensuring content is delivered to a high standard and on time.

The pace is quick, projects are varied and you'll be encouraged to get involved rather than simply coordinate from the sidelines.

There is also a strong opportunity to develop your understanding of AI-enabled production and hybrid VFX, including projects where filmed footage is combined with AI-generated environments, characters, effects and other creative elements. The team is increasingly producing lightweight, fast-turnaround content using these techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end production of social, digital, UGC, commercial and video content
  • Assist Producers with pre-production, including schedules, call sheets, casting, locations, crew and supplier coordination
  • Support shoots across studio and location environments, helping ensure productions run smoothly
  • Assist with fast-turnaround productions combining film, VFX and AI
  • Support the development of creative concepts, themes and production approaches
  • Help pull together storyboards, references, treatments and other pre-production materials
  • Research talent, creators, locations, suppliers and production partners
  • Support creator and UGC workflows from briefing through to approvals and final delivery
  • Work with editors, VFX artists, creatives and other post-production partners to track projects through to completion
  • Keep production documentation, schedules and budgets accurate and up to date
  • Stay close to social platforms and emerging creative trends, bringing relevant ideas and references into the team
  • Help identify new tools, technologies and production approaches that could make the team faster or more effective
  • Take ownership of individual production tasks and ensure they are delivered reliably and to deadline

About You

  • Around 1+ year of hands-on production experience, ideally within an agency, production company, creative studio or brand environment
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in creative production
  • Strong interest in social content, digital creative, film, video and emerging technologies
  • Excited by AI and curious about how it is changing the way content is created
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple moving parts
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable working with creatives, suppliers, talent and internal teams
  • Naturally curious and willing to get stuck into new areas of production
  • Someone who takes ownership and can be trusted to get things done
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and able to pick up new production and creative tools quickly

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • You don't need to have experience in every area, but exposure to any of the following would be highly valuable:
  • Social-first content production
  • UGC or creator campaigns
  • AI-assisted creative production
  • Film, commercials or video production
  • VFX or post-production
  • Developing creative concepts or treatments
  • Storyboarding
  • Spotting and understanding social media trends
  • Working with fast turnaround content
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI creative tools
  • Any experience where you've taken a piece of content from an idea through to successful delivery/shipment
The team is particularly interested in people who have already shown they can reliably ship creative work, while recognising that junior producers will be given training and the opportunity to develop.
