Premier are lucky to have partnered with one of the fastest growing data consultancies in the UK to find a new B2B Marketing Manager. This is a classic, full mix Marketing Manager vacancy which will support the day-to-day execution of marketing, digital, communications and events across multiple channels.

This position will suit a B2B marketing specialist with experience in driving marketing campaigns, CRM management (HubSpot), content creation (WordPress, Adobe, social media, podcasts, newsletters) and events. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with around 5 years experience in a full mix marketing role. Does this sound like you? If so, get in touch!

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in delivering the marketing and communications strategy that supports the companies continued growth and brand awareness
  • Ensure the marketing campaigns, content, community initiatives and events are delivered to budget and on time
  • Deliver quality industry content across a range of channels- email, website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slack, Newsletter etc
  • Manage the publication of case studies and podcast content, including managing the guests, production and promotion
  • Drive automated email marketing campaigns on HubSpot
  • Create marketing materials such as newsletters, giveaways and branded items
  • Track the performance of marketing activities across events, community, content, podcasts, web and social media channels
  • Create reports for each channel, making recommendations on how to improve for future success
  • Work with the wider marketing team to support on lead generation, pipeline development and conversion
  • Drive social media campaigns across key channels- LinkedIn and YouTube

 

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing communications, campaign delivery and event management is essential
  • Strong background in content creation across a range of traditional and digital channels- Newsletter, website, social media, email, YouTube
  • Experience with content creation tools- WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Word. Comfortable with using AI to support content creation
  • Excellent writing, editing and story telling skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills- Able to manage multiple workloads
  • Experience planning, managing and delivering events – In person, virtual, dinners, conferences etc
  • Experience in podcast production and distribution platforms
  • Comfortable with B2B social media channels- YouTube and Linkedin
