NEW Senior Account Director (SAD) / Account Director (ASD) role with award winning B2B tech agency.

Key details of the role:

Salary: C.75K (DOE) + Benefits

Benefits include a performance-based bonus, 1-2x profit-sharing through our employee ownership scheme (first 3.9k is tax free!), 25 days holiday and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of ADs, SAMs, AMs, and juniors.
  • New Business Development: Drive growth through impactful new business strategies.
  • Strategic Influence: Play a key role in shaping company direction and creative style.
  • Client Engagement: Manage client relationships across diverse B2B tech sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of applicable B2B tech experience.
  • Strong previous experience leading a team.
  • A zestful personality & collaborative nature is a must.
