This is your chance to step into a pivotal global role within the Lifestyle Consumer Products Division, encompassing categories from Food & Beverage to Health & Beauty and Home & Gift. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop both business-level and partner-level strategies to unlock mutual growth.
  • Own yearly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting, transforming data into clear commercial direction.
  • Maintain and grow international partner relationships, aligning on goals and needs.
  • Oversee strategic elements of product development, including range planning, pricing, and retailer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on partner research, pitch decks, campaign planning, and budget prioritisation.
  • Lead insights reporting with Finance and support contract development with Legal.
  • Manage and mentor a Product Manager, ensuring high standards in brand execution and communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • A commercially driven strategist with 10+ years in partner relationship management.
  • Proven experience building and executing global partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen with a track record in managing budgets.
  • Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and global perspective—additional languages a plus.
