I’m working with a high-growth consumer tech business looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a key role sitting at the heart of the growth function, with full ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution across a range of digital channels.

The role:

You’ll take the lead on driving customer acquisition, managing significant media budgets and optimising performance across paid channels. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be expected to quickly get under the hood of existing campaigns, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and optimising performance channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates
  • Managing and allocating budget to maximise efficiency and return on spend
  • Identifying quick wins and longer-term growth opportunities across acquisition activity
  • Partnering with creative and brand teams to improve ad performance and conversion
  • Running structured tests and experiments to drive continuous optimisation
  • Monitoring key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and making data-led decisions
  • Delivering clear performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end customer journey and funnel

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in performance marketing within a B2C or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns
  • Highly analytical with a commercial mindset and confidence working with data
  • Hands-on operator who can quickly assess and improve existing activity
  • Comfortable working at pace in a scaling business
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-moving, product-led business during a key growth phase and make an immediate impact.
