The role
As Account Director, you’ll be responsible for running high-profile consumer accounts day to day, acting as a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader for your team. You’ll combine sharp strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are creatively strong, culturally relevant and flawlessly executed.

  • Account Director level (must be operating at AD already)

  • Salary: Flexible dependant on experience. 
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading the day-to-day management of key consumer accounts, ensuring work is consistently high quality and commercially sound.
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing clear, confident counsel and building long-term relationships.
  • Helping shape creative PR ideas and earned-first campaigns that cut through culture and deliver real impact.
  • Overseeing delivery across media, influencer, social, events and shoots, keeping everything on track and on brand.
  • Managing budgets, timelines and resources with care and attention to detail.
  • Supporting and developing Account Managers and Account Executives, creating a positive, motivated team environment.
  • Playing an active role in pitches and new business opportunities, contributing ideas and helping convert prospects into clients.

What they’re looking for

  • Solid experience in consumer PR, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of UK media, influencer and social landscapes, with a natural curiosity for culture and trends.
  • Confidence juggling multiple accounts and priorities without losing momentum or quality.
  • A collaborative leadership style – someone who enjoys developing others and leading from the front.
  • Organised, commercially aware and comfortable owning delivery end to end.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when things move fast (because they will).
