Account Manager – Consumer PR & Influencer

We’re working with a fast-growing, independent communications agency looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Account Manager role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you’ll play a key role across client work, creative campaigns, and team support.
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, contributing ideas, and taking real ownership across accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Media & Influencer Relations
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists and influencers
- Leading on media outreach and securing high-quality coverage
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Developing and executing paid and earned influencer strategies
Creative & Campaign Delivery
- Contributing to brainstorms and new business ideas
- Delivering creative, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through
- Supporting integrated campaigns including activations, events and stunts
Client Management
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients
- Leading calls and meetings with confidence
- Managing expectations and ensuring strong delivery against objectives
Team & Project Management
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery
- Keeping senior stakeholders updated with progress and solutions
- Producing high-quality written work across reports, plans and comms
What They’re Looking For
- Currently operating at Account Manager level within an agency
- Strong media relations skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience across consumer, lifestyle, food & drink or similar sectors
- Good understanding of influencer marketing (paid + earned)
- Confident managing clients and juggling multiple projects
- A team player who brings energy, ideas and a hands-on approach
