My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join its team and work closely with a prominent technology client. As an Account Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic communications initiatives, fostering client relationships, and executing integrated campaigns to elevate the client's brand in the market.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the technology account, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Developing and executing strategic communications plans and campaigns that align with the client's business objectives and brand messaging.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, digital, and media, to develop innovative solutions and integrated campaigns that drive results.
- Providing strategic counsel to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their brand presence and reputation.
- Leading day-to-day account activities, including client meetings, status updates, and project management, to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges for the client's brand.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the account, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a communications agency or related industry.
- Experience managing PR campaigns for consumer tech brands
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful communications campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, with experience in leveraging them to achieve client objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
