My client, an award-winning integrated communications agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join its growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of consumer-facing brands, delivering creative campaigns that span PR, influencer marketing, events, partnerships and brand storytelling.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to play a key role in client relationships and campaign delivery.
The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative and highly respected team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day client management while helping to deliver impactful integrated communications campaigns across a range of sectors including lifestyle, wellness, travel, retail and consumer brands.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to creative campaign development and mentor junior team members, all within an agency that genuinely values progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day client relationships and communications

Leading campaign delivery across earned media, influencer activity, partnerships and events

Developing media and influencer engagement strategies

Building and maintaining strong journalist, influencer and stakeholder relationships

Supporting the planning and execution of experiential activations and events

Managing campaign timelines, reporting and project delivery

Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Contributing ideas for new business opportunities and client growth
About You

3-5+ years' experience within a PR, communications or integrated agency environment

Currently operating at Account Manager level or a strong Senior Account Executive ready for promotion

Excellent client management and communication skills

Strong media relations experience

Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
