Job Title: Senior Director - B2B & Corp Technology Communications

  • Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum, plus bonus & benefits

Role Overview: As the Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technology team, driving strategy, and delivering exceptional results for clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B and corporate tech communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing client servicing, strategy development, and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated communications strategies that align PR, social media, and digital efforts.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure new business.
  • Manage budgets exceeding £1 million, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering against financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience at Director level within a PR agency, with a focus on B2B technology and corporate communications.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large budgets and portfolios within a PR agency environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing integrated communications strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
