Salary and progression details:
Salary: £22,000-£30,000 + uncapped commission and top benefits. Potential realistic earnings of around £40-45k in your first year!

The next level you will be aiming for is Senior Recruitment Consultant, which your line manager will support you in achieving. This can be achieved after your 1st year if all goes to plan.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented junior PR or Marketing consultant looking to move into recruitment or a graduate with some sales/recruitment/Marketing experience ready for their next challenge.

This role is based in Cambridge and will include occasional, fully expensed travel to Central London for meetings with client and candidates.

You will cover a broad range of disciplines that include marketing communications, digital, social media, brand PR, financial PR; corporate communications, internal comms, public affairs and so much more. No day is the same!
A junior Marketing or PR consultant looking to get into recruitment, or current recruiter with 6 months experience looking to change sector.
Self-motivated, extremely driven and passionate about what you do.
A strong desire to learn and constantly improve your skills/knowledge.
A strong academic profile – preferably degree educated.
A flair for building and maintaining professional relationships and networking.
A natural empathy for others and strong emotional intelligence.
A sound knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercially minded and results and rewards driven.
A talent for absorbing information quickly.
A sense of humour with a friendly, integral approach.
A ‘can do’ attitude.
An eye for detail.
An interest in researching the PR, Marketing & Communications marketplace.
