London | Hybrid Working – 1–2 Days in Office
12 month FTC potential to go perm.

The Opportunity
Love travel, hospitality and lifestyle PR? Are you a natural storyteller who thrives on finding brilliant angles, pitching journalists and securing standout coverage?
We're working with an award-winning, independent integrated communications agency looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join its growing travel, hospitality and lifestyle team. This is a 12 month FTC role. Opportunity to potentially go perm based on agency performance.
You'll work across an exciting portfolio of international destinations, travel brands, hospitality groups and lifestyle clients, delivering creative campaigns that combine traditional PR, influencer marketing and digital storytelling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established SAE or ambitious AE ready to step up, offering genuine responsibility, creative freedom and excellent career development within a collaborative, supportive team.
The Role
With approximately 60% PR/media relations and 40% influencer marketing, you'll:
  • Proactively identify news hooks, develop creative story angles and secure high-quality media coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel, lifestyle, consumer and national journalists.
  • Write engaging press releases, pitches, features and other media materials.
  • Support integrated PR and influencer campaigns, from initial ideas through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Research, identify and manage relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Help organise press trips, media events, brand activations and launches.
  • Manage day-to-day account activity, contribute to client meetings and develop strong client relationships.
  • Use emerging trends, research and AI tools to uncover fresh storytelling opportunities.
About You
We're looking for a genuine media hound who loves PR and knows how to turn a great idea into coverage.
You'll bring:
  • At least 18 months' PR agency experience, ideally within travel, tourism or hospitality.
  • Strong media relations skills, with a track record of proactively pitching and securing coverage.
  • Excellent writing skills, creativity and a natural instinct for what makes a good story.
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns and working with content creators.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence managing multiple projects.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach.
Desirable, but not essential:
  • Knowledge of the Caribbean, particularly Barbados, through travel, heritage or professional experience.
  • An understanding of digital PR, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) or using AI and search insights to develop newsworthy stories.
Above all, we're looking for someone who can spot a story, sell it to journalists and deliver results.
What's on Offer?
  • £32,000–£35,000 + bonus
  • Hybrid working – just 1–2 days per week in the London office
  • Excellent benefits and a supportive, collaborative culture
  • Exciting international travel, tourism and hospitality clients
  • Opportunities to work across PR, influencer marketing and creative campaigns
  • Genuine progression and professional development within an ambitious independent agency
