Senior Account Executive - Influencer & Social

A genuinely exciting Senior Account Executive role at a forward-thinking earned media London agency — a split position covering both influencer relations and social media management for a portfolio of consumer-facing brands.

The client mix spans Online entertainment/TV and consumer technology, gaming, mobile, and lifestyle brands. A genuine interest in culture, technology, gaming and the wider consumer landscape is key here. The agency’s philosophy is built on organic, authentic creator relationships — with a strong focus on mid-tier talent where audience trust is high and content performs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Influencer relations:

  • Identifying, engaging and building relationships with Macro, Micro and Nano creators on behalf of clients
  • Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and outreach to reporting
  • Negotiation skills - Confidently negotiating contracts, usage rights, and deliverables to achieve high value for clients
  • Using influencer tools and platforms to manage tracking, reporting and relationship management
  • Staying ahead of creator culture, platform trends and emerging talent

Social media:

  • Managing and scheduling social media content across client channels
  • Developing social content strategies in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Monitoring performance, reporting on analytics and making recommendations
  • Keeping on top of trends, formats and cultural moments to ensure content is timely and relevant

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in influencer marketing and/or social media management — agency-side preferred -  18 months + experience 
  • A genuine passion for culture, technology, gaming and the consumer space
  • Comfortable with both influencer outreach and hands-on social media management
  • Strong content planning and scheduling skills across TIKTOK, Instagram, Meta, Reddit and snapchat. 
  • ability to use hastags and create compelling straplines. 
  • Hands-on experience with influencer insight tools and social scheduling platforms
  • Strong understanding of the mid-tier creator landscape and authentic partnerships
  • Excellent communicator — confident with clients, creators and colleagues
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for trends and cultural moments
