We're partnering with a fast-growing independent PR agency that's making serious waves across food & drink, lifestyle, and consumer brands. Known for delivering creative, culturally relevant campaigns, they work with a mix of household names and exciting challenger brands, bringing ideas to life through media relations, influencer activations, events, stunts, and brand experiences.

The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key client relationships, lead integrated consumer campaigns, and manage a small team while helping to drive the agency's continued success.
 
You'll be:
  • Leading integrated PR campaigns across consumer, food & beverage, and lifestyle accounts
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day advisor
  • Developing creative campaign ideas, activations, events, stunts, and influencer collaborations
  • Overseeing campaign delivery, reporting, budgets, and timelines
  • Driving media relations and securing high-impact coverage
  • Mentoring and managing junior team members, supporting their development and performance
  • Contributing strategically to client growth and new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
  • Strong consumer PR agency experience, ideally within food & drink, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns beyond the press office, including activations, events, experiential campaigns, and stunts
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects independently
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • An ambitious individual looking to take the next step towards Associate Director level
