In this exciting opportunity, our client is seeking a talented Senior Executive to join their Digital Earned Media team, an integral part of their centralized SEO function.

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to contribute to the creation, implementation, pitching, and analysis of creative content and outreach campaigns across their brands. The primary focus will be on building links and cultivating relationships with key sector journalists to enhance organic search results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-house and agency outreach strategies, concentrating on at least two of their products.
  • Conceptualize creative content marketing/outreach campaigns targeting high authority websites and journalists.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize in-house and agency campaigns.
  • Stakeholder management, producing reports for wider business presentation.
  • Identify appropriate audiences for brand(s) through research.
  • Assist in creating content outlines and specifications for the editorial team.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, SEO, and the outreach team.
  • Forecast campaign performance based on historical data.
  • Develop newsworthy press releases and content for media pitching.
  • Manage relationships with journalists from relevant domains.
  • Evaluate and drive the performance of agency and in-house campaigns.
  • Work independently on content marketing and outreach strategies for brand verticals.
  • Provide training and assistance to junior team members.

Essentials:

  • Solid experience in content marketing campaigns and securing high domain authority backlinks.
  • Creative and analytical skills for results-driven web content and reactive campaigns.
  • Experience working with agency partners to develop campaigns.
  • Understanding of Google and other search engines, SEO best practices.
  • Awareness of how content marketing/outreach influences business strategy.

Desirables:

  • Confident presentation skills for reporting to the wider team and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and delivering performance reports.
  • Familiarity with content marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
