An award-winning growth marketing agency is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join its high-performing team in London.
Founded by experienced tech entrepreneurs, the agency works with venture-backed startups and scaleups across fintech, crypto and disruptive technology, helping them acquire and retain customers through world-class performance marketing and growth experimentation.
With a team of around 20 specialists and ambitious growth plans, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants the autonomy to own major client accounts.
The Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll work alongside other senior growth leaders to manage multiple high-growth client accounts.
You will take ownership of strategy, execution and optimisation across paid social, paid search and app campaigns, helping startups scale their customer acquisition globally.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with creative, product and engineering teams to test new ideas, optimise funnels and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead growth strategy and performance across multiple client accounts
• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit
• Manage and optimise mobile app install campaigns and conversion tracking
• Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Analyse campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities
• Run structured experimentation including A/B and multivariate testing
• Advise clients on improving funnel performance to reduce CAC and increase LTV
• Mentor junior growth marketers as the team expands
What They’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing seven-figure advertising budgets
• Strong hands-on experience across paid social and paid search platforms
• Experience launching and scaling mobile app acquisition campaigns
• Deep understanding of full-funnel growth marketing
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive optimisation
• Confident working directly with clients and presenting results
• Highly ambitious and motivated to grow within a fast-moving agency
Experience working with fintech, crypto, iGaming or regulated sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
