We're partnering with a rapidly expanding, AI-first Creative & Growth marketing agency that's redefining how ambitious brands approach creativity and growth.
Working with innovative, venture-backed start-ups and scale-ups across consumer apps, fintech, e-commerce and technology, the agency combines exceptional design, creative strategy, performance marketing and AI to build brands that stand out and scale.
With exciting new client wins and ambitious expansion plans, they're looking to appoint two outstanding designers as soon as possible, ideally before Christmas and no later than January 2027.
They're looking for exceptional visual taste, strong art direction ability, brilliant typography and sophisticated brand identity skills. Designers who can turn bold ideas into beautifully crafted work at pace.
The Role
Senior Designer | £50k–£55k + bonus
For an accomplished designer with the confidence to lead art direction and elevate creative output.
- Lead creative concepts and art direction from brief through to execution.
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, typography, visual systems and creative territories.
- Set the visual direction across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling, commercially effective creative.
- Bring fresh ideas, challenge conventions and influence creative standards.
- Mentor designers and help shape the team as the agency expands.
What We're Looking For
We're open to designers from branding, creative, digital, social and performance marketing agencies.
- Art direction: Confident developing original concepts and distinctive visual directions.
- Brand identity and typography: Outstanding design craft, composition and attention to detail.
- Exceptional creative taste: Naturally curious, constantly collecting inspiration through platforms such as Are.na and Pinterest.
- Essential tools: Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus hands-on experience with Weavy and Flora, the AI node-based creative tools.
- Speed and versatility: Able to produce exceptional static design quickly without compromising quality.
- Creative curiosity: Excited by emerging technology and new approaches to design.
A performance marketing background isn't essential. Strong branding and creative agency designers with the right pace and mindset are equally welcome.
