The Role
The Senior Visual Designer will be a hands-on creative, responsible for delivering high-quality design across a wide range of outputs. The role involves working across brand identity, campaign creative, performance marketing assets, landing pages, and presentations.
Reporting into senior creative leadership, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including strategists, copywriters, and production, while also contributing to the evolution of design processes and standards.

Candidate Profile

5–7 years’ experience in design or art direction, ideally within an agency environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, versatility, and conceptual thinking

Advanced understanding of design fundamentals (typography, composition, colour, systems)

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Confident communicator, able to present and justify creative decisions

Demonstrated interest in emerging design trends, tools, and AI
