Social and Content Manager

We're looking for a Social and Content Manager to join our client, an award winning marketing agency who work across well-renowned brands in the consumer and B2B space.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to really make the role their own, developing their skills with plenty of opportunities to grow within the team!

  • Position: Social & Content Manager
  • Location: Maidenhead, UK (Hybrid - three days in office with free parking)
  • Salary: £30K-£39K dependent on experience

About the Role:

Joining the team as the social and content manager, you will be responsible for supporting on the mapping out of social and content calendars for clients, producing content (both visual and written) to drive forward their objectives. You will have a natural ability to adapt output

The team are super collaborative, energetic and vibrant – they offer amazing training and development too!

You’ll be working across primarily B2C accounts – we can discuss to make sure you are happy!

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media roles, with expertise in organic and paid social media strategies and platforms – role is primarily organic but paid experience would be a bonus!
  • Community management experience is essential! 
  • Experience and confidence being in client-facing situations
  • Data-driven decision-maker, familiar with analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Canva; (videography skills are an advantage)
  • Excellent time and task management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in drafting press releases and liaising with media and influencers (training and support available)
  • Understanding of PPC campaigns (not essential but advantageous)
