The Role

You’ll lead across multiple consumer accounts, shaping bold social strategies and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, provide senior-level strategic counsel, and oversee projects from concept through to execution and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring the team and representing the agency at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies aligned with client goals and audience insights
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithms, and social trends
  • Act as the senior client lead on social, offering strategic advice and guidance
  • Manage the full lifecycle of social campaigns — from ideas and content to delivery and reporting
  • Oversee content creation, community management, and paid social activations
  • Build measurement frameworks and translate analytics into actionable insights
  • Support and coach team members, helping them develop and grow
  • Represent the agency’s social expertise externally at industry events and forums
About You
  • 5–7 years’ experience in social media strategy and management
  • Proven record of delivering successful campaigns for consumer or corporate brands
  • Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and social measurement
  • Experienced in managing senior-level client relationships
  • Confident team leader with a collaborative mindset
  • Creative thinker who can translate brand ambitions into engaging social content
