The role: Sustainability Coordinator
This brand new role will help deliver the sustainability programme to reach the wider ESG goals of the business. Working with a senior colleague, and partnering a variety of internal stakeholders, clients and environmental groups, this role will initially learn about the business and their commitment to sustainability helping to deliver this year’s carbon assessment and ESG report. It will then grow to help shape future environmental policy and take more ownership of their net zero commitments. Projects will include:

Helping to deliver the carbon assessment for 2024.

Support in delivering annual B Corp goals.

Work with external environmental impact partners in providing the assessment for carbon neutral offsetting, providing a recommended solution for offsetting projects.

Collaborate with the DE&I on implementation of initiatives, ensuring that any activities.

Represent the firm at external interests groups, and events.

Provide updates to the Board by way of reporting on ESG activities.

Help deliver the annual ESG report in collaboration with the marketing team.
